SOWETO GAME SKIN RETURNS POLICY
Products may be returned as per our Returns Policy Below. If a customer is not happy with any products or has purchased a product by error, they may return or exchange the product(s) within 10 business days of the purchase if they wish to do so.
The customer will be charged a 20% handling fee for the return of the product. A collection fee may be charged if upliftment of the product I s required. The customer will be granted store credit of the product minus the handling fee.
In terms of exchanges the customer may choose a product that matches the amount of the product to exchange plus the handling fee. This amount may potentially exceed the exchange amount as it includes the handling fee.
Products that qualify for return or exchange will be assessed for wear and tear. If any usage has been detected from the assessment there will be a charge facilitated for usage.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the products to be exchanged.
Soweto Game Skin will not accept any physically altered, disassembled, or damaged products returned for exchange or refund. All products should be in the same condition that they were received in order to be exchanged or returned. Soweto Game Skin will verify products before any exchange or return.
Returns Policy
- You may return undamaged or non-defective products that fall under the ECT Act.
- Products may be returned within 7 business days from the time of delivery, and a collection fee will be incurred for the return. The collection fee will be equivalent to the initial delivery fee.
- Products that are within warranty can be returned within six months free of delivery charge.
Return Policy Steps

Customers who wish to return products should email lawrence@sowetogameskin.co.za in order to initiate the returns process.

The return request will be processed by Soweto Game Skin after a mail has been sent. Please use your order reference number in the subject of the email.

Customers are encouraged to submit photographic proof of the products after inspection of the product. The products will be further inspected by Soweto Game Skin upon receiving of these products.

Once the condition of the product is in order, we will arrange collection of the product and conduct a further assessment of the product.

If a statutory warranty has been breached the customer may choose to receive a refund, repair, or exchange of the item in question.

Refunds will be initiated via bank transfer after the customer has indicated that they wish to get a refund.
Warranties

Warranties will be honoured by Soweto Game Skin on condition that;

The product was damaged/defective on delivery and within the warranty period.

The defect did not arise by wear and tear, nor customer negligence.

The customer followed the appropriate instructions and maintenance of the product.
